TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Please be clear about what you want for the commission and explain your idea in detail. If possible, please provide me with as many references as you like. The more the better!2. All commissions include a simple background (except Twitch emotes). If you want a more complex background, an additional fee will apply.3. I only accept payments in euros (€) via PayPal or Bizum. Half of the total amount will be paid upon delivery of the first draft and the other half before delivery of the final work, although full payment can also be made upfront.4. The commissions I accept are for personal use. If you want a commission for commercial use, prices will vary depending on several factors. Ask me!5. A commission is a work created solely and exclusively for you, so under no circumstances will it be resold to others, neither by me nor by you.6. I will send you images of the commission progress so you can see how it's going in case you want to make any small changes.7. Up to two significant changes to the commission will be accepted at no additional cost, always before coloring. Examples: changing the entire pose, changing the character, etc.8. The finished commission will be sent via email, with and without a watermark and in the original size and resolution, once the final payment has been completed. The same applies to Twitch emotes, although in this case they will be sent in different sizes and in transparent PNG, ready to be used instantly.9. I reserve the right to upload your finished commission to my social media, always with a watermark and signature to prevent and hinder its reuse and theft by others.10. I understand that some commissions may contain personal information, be used as a gift, or have a commercial purpose on your part, so if you do not wish me to upload your commission to my social media, please let me know before emailing it to you.11. If you wish to upload the commission to your social media, please indicate that I created it. To prevent theft, I recommend uploading the watermarked version that I will send you in the final delivery.12. Depending on the complexity and how busy my personal schedule is, it may take between a month and a month and a half to complete your commission, so please keep that in mind. If the commission is urgent, please let me know from the beginning so I can better organize my schedule.13. I do not draw NSFW, mecha, complex creatures, or controversial ships (ask for more information).14. Once the first payment is made, refunds will not be accepted.
